My telegram No.20 of May 12th 18 cases consigned by

Reissmann to Tiegelmann detained ex S.S. "Mentor"

and "Antilochus" at Hong Kong.

If Reissmann's new agent, S. Murray, of Mitchell &

Yuill, can produse Bills of Lading endorsed by Tiegelmann, and gives suitable guarantees, please

request Hong Kong to release.

I have requested Colonial Office to instruct Bong

Kong by telegraph.
